Adaptability & Flexibility

“The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.” ― Albert Einstein

In this training we look at how to be a cooperative colleague, remain productive, and get results – in spite of the many challenging situations that arise from day to day, for example:

• Dealing with obstacles and delays
• Unexpected changes or minor crises

When such things occur it is easy to get frustrated, focus on the negatives and problems, and lose focus on the end goal. The best way to cope with the fast and sometimes unpredictable pace of large modern organizations is to follow three important principles:

• Be active and solution-focussed
• Be courageous enough to do the right thing even in vexing circumstances
• Be creative, looking for the things that you can influence
