Our approach
"Relationships Matter."
Be active and open
Improvisers use an “accept and build” approach, balancing the productive and cooperative parts of the interaction. Be yourself – bring out your best!
Attitude, Skills and Behavior
We help people to develop the best habits of mind and body. Experiment, Play, Experience, Apply!
Partnership
Regardless of position, the best cooperation results from a partnering attitude, collaborating to solve problems and find optimal outcomes.
Our Method

The ability to build trust and communicate knowledge in a way that helps our clients is the key to developing successful long-term relationships. The way information is presented can greatly influence the way it is received and the results it gets. Using theatre workshop and improvisation techniques, we help participants overcome barriers and expand their range of expression. Participants try a variety of exercises, experimenting with communication tools, developing spontaneity and creativity, and internalizing new skills that can be applied for immediate impact on performance and results.

Improvisation
Dramatrix - Unlocking Communication

Improvisation as an art form only works when the players listen to each other and work as a team. The same principles apply in all areas of life, including the workplace. Improvisation games are particularly effective at developing spontaneity, openness and flexibility. It is a practical approach which offers the chance to experience and practise the relevant skills and behaviours under life-like conditions. Emphasis is on being more aware of non-verbal elements such as voice and body language. Applying the mindset and techniques, participants overcome barriers and expand their range of expression
